The same thing you do of course! SLEEP
Wings is very fast and can cover upto 150 miles in a Summers day if the wind is helpful. (fair) So we can generally complete a leg of our passage in daylight. This relies on good planning and weather study though.
Actually there are four beds, but if there are four people on board there is very little room to live! Two or three people and their equipment is ideal. There is not much stowage (storage room) on a trimaran as you need to keep it as light as possible. It looks like you could stuff the amas full of things but they are purely to be used as buoyancy; weighing them down would affect the performance and safety of the vessel.
We carry books which give details of the procedure for checking in at each port. Reeds Nautical Almanac is very handy for this (other cruising guides are available!) There are small detail chartlets showing marina layouts and facilities which are available. The offices always listen on the Marine VHF radio and give directions according to boat length and draft.
